Appointment Information

We have appointments set aside each day for pain relief and unexpected emergencies. Please phone us and we will endeavour to prioritise your appointment to suit your schedule. After-hours appointments are also available but an additional call-out fee may apply.

In order to ensure all our patients can pick the best appointment times available, we kindly ask you contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment.

All appointments require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellation.

Payment Solutions

Our payment procedure is transparent and we provide an itemised treatment plan before any work even gets started.

You can pay by credit card – we accept VISA, MasterCard and AMEX. We also have EFTPOS facility at our centre. Various other payment options are also available and you can check with us regarding these options.

We are also able to provide patients with a very accessible dental financing solution to enable you to get your treatment done as soon as you need, even if you may not have the initial funds.

We are the first dental practice in the Gold Coast to offer interest free payment plans.

The application process only takes 5 minutes and is done by our front office coordinator. All you need to do is answer 4 easy questions and we are able to obtain instant approval.

Health Fund Information

Health fund rebates can be processed after treatment on the day through our HICAPS terminal.

All leading health funds accepted.

Hours of operation

We are open Monday to Friday from 8am – 6pm, Saturday from 8am – 1pm and Sunday by appointment. Phone us to make an appointment. Should you find yourself unable to make it to your scheduled appointment, we kindly request at least 48 hours notice.
